Olympic Valley, Alpine Meadows, various public agencies and the Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows ski area have joined together to hold “wildfire area of refuge” evacuation drills this September 8 and 21 respectively. All community members are encouraged to participate. Dates and details are provided in the following press release.
