Community Presentation of the Wildfire Protection Plan – October 25th
Olympic Valley Stakeholders,
The Public Draft of the Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) is complete, and we are requesting your review of the document. After the document has been formally approved by the OVPSD Board, we will be requesting formal review and signature by CAL FIRE, the USFS, the Placer County Board of Supervisors and the Olympic Valley Firewise Community, see page 4 of the DRAFT document.
The District will be providing a Consultant Presentation and Community Meeting with Guided Tour, on Tuesday October 25th at 1:00 P.M. A flyer with information is available below or by clicking here. The presentation portion of the meeting will be available via Zoom, see flyer.
We are also accepting comments from the public regarding the draft document until October 31st at 4:00 P.M. Comments will be accepted in person at the meeting next week, and may also be submitted to me at jasher@ovpsd.org, to info@ovpsd.org, by mail at P.O. Box 2026, Olympic Valley, California 96146, or at our office- 305 Olympic Valley Road.
