Granite View Condominium Development Project

This was reviewed at the Olympic Valley Municipal Advisory Council (MAC) this week

The applicant will provide an informational overview of a proposed condominium project that would be located on an undeveloped 7.82-acre site in the Olympic Valley area. The project as proposed seeks to construct a 214,493 square foot building to accommodate 52 condominium units, 130 underground parking stalls, and related amenities such as a tea house, pool, hot tubs, gas fire pits, and a yoga hut and platforms. The project would also include the construction of a new driveway access south of the project to provide a connection to Chamonix Place.

The planned development is located right below the PSD water tank off of Washoe (the old ropes course) and next to the Squaw Village town houses planned for that area
